TRACKtastic! : September 2, 2026, Winnipeg
TRACKtastic! is presented by the MRA Track Club at 81 Beliveau Road in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The meet mixes track races with field events to help road runners gain experience on the track and to introduce basic aspects of track competition.
The program includes a variety of races, a kids' 100m, an age-graded 800m, an all-out 400m, a slowest 60m, a prediction mile, and a coed 4x400m relay. Standing long jump and longest ball throw are available in 45-minute windows; each competitor is allowed three attempts and the best result counts. Relay teams may be created on site and must be recorded on the start sheet. Marshalling for each event will be announced shortly before the event. Awards presentation and prize draws occur at the end of the meet.
Registration is open to all ages: adults are persons 17 years and over; youth are 16 years and under. A registration fee applies, and Manitoba Runners' Association members receive a CA$5 discount.
