Run Prix : Albert Park GP Circuit, 20 September 2026
Run Prix is a road running event organised by Big Long Run Pty Ltd at the Albert Park GP Circuit, 14 Aughtie Drive, Albert Park, Victoria. The course is measured and certified to AIMS standards and finishes in the pit lane. Entries close midnight Wednesday 16 September 2026.
Distances offered:
- 10 km Prix Race - requires a sub 52 minute qualifier recorded within 12 months.
- Brooks 10 km Main / Open - no qualifier required.
- 21.1 km Half Marathon Main / Open - four laps of the circuit; no qualifier required.
- 5 km Main / Open - single lap; no qualifier required.
Prize money is specified for the Prix 10 km, the half marathon and the 5 km with cheques and vouchers used for some placings. All finishers receive a medal. Timing uses a disposable chip affixed to the race bib. Race numbers are distributed from Pit Building 2 near the finish area; mailed race number options are available when selected in registration.
Facilities and race operations include two drink stations supplying water and 32Gi sports drink, bag minding at Pit Building 2, first aid provided by Endurance Medical Services, and portable toilets at key locations. Public transport on tram route 96 is recommended; some nearby parking remains outside closed course areas. Refunds, transfers and other event rules are defined in the event terms and FAQs.
