Run Durham Dalton Park 10 Miler 2026
Run Durham Dalton Park is a road and trail race held on 23 August 2026 at Dalton Park Shopping Centre, Murton, Seaham. The event covers a distance of 10 Miles on an undulating, multi terrain course that mixes trail and tarmac and finishes beside the Dalton Park Retail Centre in the nature reserve.
The route is accurately measured and chip timing is provided by Timing4Sport. The event is traffic free and includes distance markers every mile and water stations approximately every 3 miles. All finishers receive a bespoke finisher medal; an optional race T shirt is available at extra cost.
Race headquarters, registration and bag drop are located at Dalton Park Shopping Centre. Toilets are available at Race HQ and within Dalton Park Shopping Village, with limited changing facilities. Parking is suggested near the Dancing Betty Pub. First aid cover is provided and refreshments are available from Dalton Park retail outlets.
Entry is open to participants aged 16 and over. Entries are limited to 500 and close on 18 August 2026. Affiliated entry fee is listed at £22.00 and unaffiliated entry fee at £24.00; late entries on the day may be possible with a late fee.
