Run Durham Dalton Park 10 Miler 2026
The Run Durham Dalton Park 10 Miler is a traffic-free, accurately measured 10 mile race held at Dalton Park Shopping Centre, Murton, Seaham (SR7 9HU) on 23 August 2026. The course is multi terrain with a mix of trail and tarmac and an undulating profile that finishes beside the Dalton Park retail centre in the nature reserve.
Chip timing is used and results are produced after the event. Distance markers appear every mile and water stations are provided approximately every 3 miles. All finishers receive a bespoke medal; an optional race T-shirt is available for an additional cost.
Event facilities and logistics are based at Race HQ in Dalton Park Shopping Centre. Registration and race pack collection take place at Race HQ on the event day. Toilets are available at Race HQ and within Dalton Park Shopping Village. A bag drop is provided at Race HQ and changing facilities are limited. Parking is advised near the Dancing Betty Pub. First aid is available on site and refreshments are provided by Dalton Park retail outlets.
Entry is open to participants aged 16 and over. Entries are limited to 500 and close on 18 August 2026. Entry fees are listed as £22 for affiliated runners and £24 for unaffiliated runners; entries on the day may be accepted with a late fee.
