Run Dorney Lake Half Marathon, 10k and 5k : 12 July 2026
This event takes place at Dorney Lake, a purpose-built rowing lake near the village of Dorney in Buckinghamshire. The course is on road and is described as flat, suitable for chip-timed efforts over the shorter distances.
Distances offered:
- Half Marathon, 4 laps plus a U-turn each lap, elevation 27 m, road
- 10k, 2 laps, elevation 15 m, road
- 5k, 1 lap, elevation 8 m, road
Entries include a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results and post race goodies. The event features marshals along the course and an event village with food and drink options, including free items from event partners at the finish area.
The organiser notes a focus on sustainability and has been researching runner priorities in that area. This is a partner event; RunThrough memberships can be used for entry but once the event sells out no additional places will be available.
