Top Flight Battersea CTS is a city centre 5k set in Battersea Park on Wednesday 24 June 2026. The course is flat and comprises two laps of a 2.5 km loop with long straight sections, sweeping bends and a tree line on both sides.
For operational reasons the event enforces a 20 minute time limit for the 5k. Entry is staged by Top Flight Wave standards. The standard listed for both men and women is Sub 17:30 for 5k and 37:00 for 10k. Reduced and free elite entry standards are listed separately with specific qualifying times for 5k, 10k and half marathon distances. Entries are assessed against performances within the previous two years, including equivalent distances, track results and notable cross country performances; entrants may add a note to highlight results for consideration.
The event forms part of the Top Flight series and allocates series points to finishers, with 25 points for first place, 18 for second and 15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 and 1 for third through tenth. Cash prizes include a race winner award of £200, a course record bonus of £200, a UK leading time bonus of £200 and a RunThrough record bonus of £500. A top flight bonus schedule offers additional payments for performances under Sub 14:15 for men and 16:00 for women, with scaled payments for first to eighth places.
