The course includes one notable undulation that provides a view of Leeds City Centre. A 6.5 hour cut-off applies and both walkers and runners are accommodated. All distances are TRA licensed.

Support is provided with water and feed stations roughly every three miles. The event aims to be cupless and requests participants bring a reusable cup or bottle. Marshals are present along the route and there is a finish area with a bespoke medal, kebabs, and hot and cold drinks. For safety, large over-ear headphones are not permitted; bone-conducting devices or using one ear only are suggested. There may be unmarshalled road crossings. Plenty of free parking is available at the venue and attendees are asked to follow marshal instructions; car sharing is encouraged to reduce environmental impact.
