2027 Rosaryville Ramble 5k, 10k & Half
The event on February 27, 2027 takes place at Rosaryville State Park in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. It offers the following race distances:
- 5k
- 10k
- Half marathon
The course combines scenic single track trail with paved and gravel roads and includes rolling hills. The 10k course is two laps of the 5k course. Water stations are placed at approximately mile 1 on the 5k; at miles 1, 3.1 and 4.1 on the 10k; and at miles 1, 2, 4.3, 7.1, 8.1 and 10.4 on the half marathon. Some water stations will offer Gatorade.
Runners receive a finisher’s medal, a technical (Dri-FIT) event shirt, and the event is chip timed. T-shirts are guaranteed for runners registered before February 17; extra shirts are available later on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration fees vary by distance with early and late pricing and a race-morning increase of five dollars per distance. Packet pickup is available at the event and race day registration is offered, though shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed for race day registrants.
The race benefits the Rosaryville Conservancy, a volunteer organization supporting the park. Live results are posted online and final results with series points are posted the Monday after the race. Participants should note there is a daily park entry fee payable to Rosaryville State Park. Banditing is not allowed and may result in removal or disqualification.
