Drumstick Turkey Trot 8 Miler

Drumstick Turkey Trot 5k & 8 Miler takes place at Gravelly Point in Arlington, Virginia. The fairly flat, paved out-and-back course along the Mount Vernon Trail features the 8 Miler extending to Teddy Roosevelt Island, while the 5k remains a shorter route. The Thanksgiving-themed event offers a family-friendly atmosphere and welcomes walkers and strollers.

It’s part of Bishop’s Events year-long and fall series, awarding series points. Runners receive a finisher’s medal, a technical Drifit shirt, and chip timing. A virtual option is available.
