Gingerbread Lane 5K & 10K Dallas
Gingerbread Lane takes place at Oak Point Park Amphitheater in Plano on 12/12/2026 and presents multiple holiday-themed race options and festivities. Music will be provided by a DJ, finishers receive a race shirt and medal, and postrace cookies and milk are available. A costume contest awards prizes including two free entries to a future Bigfoot race, a trophy, and a holiday treats bucket.
Distances offered:
- Kids Dash - 50 meter sprint for ages 10 and under
- 1 Mile - untimed event with shirt and medal
- 5K - 3.11 miles, chip timed, with trophies and age group awards
- 10K - 6.22 miles, chip timed, with Bigfoot trophies and age group awards
- Virtual Run - 6.22 miles virtual option
- Volunteer then Run 5K - limited to first 20, includes chip timed bib and medal
The 5K and 10K include standard age group awards and overall trophies for male and female winners. Aid stations will provide water and course assistance. Course surfaces may include paved trail, crushed granite, and occasional dirt paths. Packet pickup is offered 1.5 hours before the race start. Shirt guarantee cutoff is 10 days before the event.
