Turkey Trot 5K & 1K Gobble Kids Run - Little Elm, TX
The Turkey Trot is scheduled for November 26, 2026, at Lakefront Trail, 210 E Eldorado Pkwy, Little Elm, TX 75068. The event offers in-person races plus a virtual option. The in-person 5K will be a timed race; the 1K Gobble Fun Run is not timed.

Logistics
Packet pickup is available on the two days prior to the race at local locations: Playtri Dallas (6465 E Mockingbird Ln #358, Dallas, TX) on 11/24/26 and Tower Tap House (290 E Eldorado Pkwy, Little Elm, TX) on 11/25/26. Late packet pickup will be available at the race site on race day. Virtual participants receive their race items by mail the week after the event. Pumpkin spice donuts will be available at the finish line.
Awards and charity
The 5K presents awards for top overall male and female finishers, top masters and grand masters male and female, and the top three male and female finishers in standard age groups from 14 & under through 80+. The 1K has no awards. Unclaimed awards will not be mailed. Donations and fundraising associated with the event support the Little Elm Animal Shelter.
