Turkey Trot 5K & 1K Gobble Kids Run Little Elm : November 26, 2026
This event is a community running event held at Lakefront Trail in Little Elm, Texas on November 26, 2026. It offers multiple participation options:
- 5K Run (timed)
- 1K Gobble Fun Run (not timed)
- Virtual Run
The 1K Fun Run is intended as a family activity; youth short-sleeved t-shirts are available. The virtual event has no packet pickup; participant swag will be mailed the week after the race. Pumpkin spice donuts will be available at the finish area.
Packet pickup is available on days prior to the event at local locations and also at the race site on event day. The 5K includes awards for overall top finishers, masters and grand masters, and top three male and female finishers in multiple age groups. Unclaimed awards will not be mailed. The 1K Fun Run is not timed and does not include awards.
The event includes a fundraising component benefitting the Little Elm Animal Shelter and supports local pet adoptions. The organizer lists community participation by runners, joggers and walkers of all ages and describes a family-friendly atmosphere along the Lakefront Trail route.
