Rivington Duathlon takes place on Sunday 8 March 2026 in Bolton at Rivington & Blackrod School, Rivington Lane, Horwich, BL6 7RU. The event is organised by Epic Events. Registration closes 6 March 2026 at 12:00 and entries may also close earlier if the event fills. Entry fees listed are £95 per team (two people) and £49 for a solo entry. Timing is provided by Epic Events; Results Base manages registration.
Race format and distances
The race follows a Run/Bike/Run format. Entrants may compete solo or as a pair; pairs must remain together for all three disciplines. During the bike leg pairs are permitted to draft each other but they may not draft with other teams.
- 4 miles trail run (start)
- 25 miles hilly bike
- 4 miles trail run (finish)
