Dave Waywell Wesham 10k 2026
The Wesham 10k is a 10 km road race held on the country lanes of Salwick and Lea Town on 28 November 2026. The event is UK Athletics licensed and uses a certified measured course, certificate number 16/379.
Entry is open to all aged 15 or above on the race date. Entry fees are listed as £20 for attached runners and £22 for unattached runners, with a £2 discount applied when a valid UKA number is verified on the entry form. Entry options close on 24 November 2026 and the facility to transfer race numbers is available until 20 November 2026. The event notes 306 remaining available places at the time of posting.
The entry fee includes a Wesham 10k technical T shirt. Prizes are awarded to the first three male and female finishers, plus first junior male and female winners and masters category prizes for men from M40 to M80+ and women from W35 to W70+. A team prize for the first male and female teams is decided by the positions of the first four runners in each team.
The race is organised by Wesham Road Runners and sponsored by Bailey Financial Services and Gleg energy consultancy.
