Lee Mill Relays
Lee Mill Relays is the eighth running of a team relay set in the Lee Mill Quarry site in Rossendale, Lancashire, with activity based at Stubbylee Hall OL13 0DE. The event is scheduled in November 2026.
Teams of four compete with each team member running individually over a flagged 10.7 km course. The route is described as hard and demanding and may be affected by wintery conditions, so runners should be prepared for exposed and rough terrain.
Entries are accepted by team. Clubs may enter teams without naming individual runners until closer to the event. Entry is charged per team and the event has a limit of 120 teams with a waiting list; entries on the day are possible only if the limit has not been reached.
Mandatory kit requirements include full waterproof bodycover, hat, gloves, compass and whistle. Organisers will carry out stringent kit checks and will provide a map of the course on registration.
