Lee Mill Relays
The Lee Mill Relays is a team relay held at the Lee Mill Quarry site in Rossendale, Lancashire, based at Stubbylee Hall OL13 0DE. This is the eighth running of the event.
Teams consist of four runners. Each team member runs individually over a flagged course of 10.7 km. The route is described as hard and demanding and may be raced in wintery conditions.
Full kit must be carried by competitors. Required items include a full waterproof bodycover, hat, gloves, compass and whistle. Organisers will carry out a stringent kit check. A map of the course is provided on registering.
Clubs may enter teams but do not have to declare individual runners until nearer the event. Team categories include men, ladies and mixed teams. There is an entry fee of £28 per team. Entries open on 1 December 2025 and close on 26 November 2026. The field is limited to 120 teams with a wait list. Entries on the day may be accepted if the limit has not been reached.
