Lee Mill Relays
The Lee Mill Relays is a team relay event set in the Lee Mill Quarry site in Rossendale, Lancashire, based at Stubbylee Hall. The event is listed as the eighth running of the relay and is organised for teams of four runners.
All four team members run individually over a flagged 10.7 km course. The route is described as hard and demanding and may be affected by wintery conditions. Competitors must carry full kit including full waterproof bodycover, hat, gloves, compass and whistle; organisers will carry out a stringent kit check. A map of the course is provided on registering.
Teams may be men, ladies or mixed. Clubs may enter teams without declaring the individual runners until nearer the race date. Entry is charged at £28 per team. The event has a 120 team limit with a waiting list; entries on the day may be taken if the limit is not reached. To enter, competitors must register with SiEntries.
