Participant information and policies
Long sleeve t-shirts are provided to participants who register before October 26, 2025; additional shirts are available for purchase for $15. The deadline to switch events is November 1, 2025. RaceJoy is provided for live GPS tracking, progress alerts, and virtual results support for the Virtual 5k. Virtual participants must complete their 5k at a place and time of their choosing and submit results on the race results page between November 1 and November 8, 2025.
Refund and transfer rules: no refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event; earlier than 30 days a request may be made for a 50% refund of the entry fee excluding processing fees. Entries cannot be transferred or deferred to another event or year. Entries can be transferred to another individual for a $5 transfer fee; shirt size cannot be changed for transfers.
