Railroad Bridge Park Run/Walk
The Railroad Bridge Park Run/Walk is an athletic event held in Carlsborg, Washington. The course utilizes the Olympic Discovery Trail, featuring an out-and-back configuration for the physical race distances. Participants can choose between two main on-site options or a virtual alternative:
- 5K
- 10K
- Virtual Railroad Bridge Run
The race course includes mile markers for both the 5K and 10K distances. Water stations are positioned at the turnaround points, and a large sign marks these locations. The event provides official timing for all participants along with professional race photography. Results can be accessed online following the conclusion of the event, including via a QR code located on individual race bibs.
Awards are given to the overall male and female finishers for each distance, as well as the top three finishers in various age categories. These awards must be collected on-site. The event provides a bag check service near the start line. While strollers are permitted on the course for families, dogs are not allowed due to insurance policies. Parking is available at Railroad Bridge Park in a designated area off Hendrickson Road, with volunteers present to assist with traffic flow.
