Irrigation Festival Run Series

The Irrigation Festival Run Series takes place as part of the Sequim Irrigation Festival in Sequim, Washington. This community event is held on the same day as the festival parade and offers participants a chance to engage in physical activity during the state's longest-running festival. The primary event is an out-and-back course that starts and finishes at the Shipley Center parking lot located at 651 W. Washington St.

The series includes both in-person and virtual options for participation:

  • 2 Miles
  • Virtual Run (2 miles)

The 2 Mile Bubble Run is a timed event where runners and walkers encounter bubbles throughout the course. The route is designed to be family-friendly, allowing groups to complete the distance together. For those unable to attend the physical event in Sequim, a virtual registration option is available, allowing participants to complete the distance at a location of their choosing.

Medals are provided to participants. Those registered for the virtual event can arrange to pick up their medals locally or have them shipped. The event serves as a kickoff to a day of festivities within the local community. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
