Racing Against Hate 5K Run/Walk
The Racing Against Hate 5K Run/Walk takes place on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at the Winston Family YMCA, 221 Riverside Ave, Jacksonville, FL. The event is organized in partnership between the First Coast YMCA and the Jewish Community Alliance.

The 5K course crosses the Acosta Bridge on the main road southbound. The 1 Mile Fun Run follows the Riverwalk. Participants receive a Racing Against Hate T-shirt and a custom medal.
Pre-race packet pickup is available at the Winston Family YMCA on February 19–22 and at the Jewish Community Alliance on February 19–20. A Unity Village will be open before and after the runs with vendors, community partners, activities, and food trucks. YMCA and JCA instructors will lead a brief warm-up and stretch for all ages.
The event uses bib chip timing; chips are distributed at packet pickup and do not need to be returned at the finish. Overall awards are based on race start time. Age group awards use individual chip times. Overall awards are presented for first through third place. 5K age group awards are given in 10 year intervals for Men, Women, and Nonbinary divisions.
Parking is available in the YMCA lot at 221 Riverside Ave and on the first floor of the FIS parking garage at 323 Riverside Ave. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
