First Coast Turkey Trot - Ponte Vedra
The First Coast Turkey Trot takes place on November 26, 2026 at Mickler's Landing Beachfront Park in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The event features two main distances:
- 3.1 Miles Turkey Trot 5K
- 1 Mile fun run
The 5K and 1 mile events for kids and adults are run concurrently. The race is professionally chip timed by Florida Race Day. All finishers receive a finisher medal and paid participants receive a race shirt. A free downloadable finisher photograph is provided to participants.
There are limited free entries for children 10 and under; the first 50 registrations for the kids 5K and kids 1 mile are free. After those spots are filled, participants must register in the main Turkey Trot or 1 mile options. There are no same day registrations; pre-registration online is required.
Packet pickup is scheduled at Mickler's Landing on Wednesday, November 25 between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Awards are given by age and gender, and the top overall male and female winners receive pumpkin pies. Team scoring is available for groups of four or more, using the fastest four team times to calculate a team average. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
