Race for Life Poole
Race for Life Poole takes place at Baiter Park on Saturday 30 May 2026. The event is open to people aged 16 and over. The stated entry fees are £17.49 for adults and £11.00 for children, and the minimum fundraising target is £50.00.

The course starts and finishes on grass at Baiter Park and follows a mix of grass and tarmac. The route loops around Poole Park, passes under the railway line, goes through Whitecliff Recreational Ground and Harbourside Park, and follows the road around the lake. Surface features include a short grass incline, a gravel path and a field where the grass has been trodden to form a track. Parts of the route are on well cut grass up to the finish line.
There is limited parking near Baiter Park with options in Harbourside 1 and 2 and drop off access at Harbourside 1. Very limited blue badge parking is noted and there is no dedicated on-site disabled parking. The nearest train station is Poole Railway Station, a walk from the venue. No bike racks are available.
Available facilities include refreshments, toilets, allowance of dogs, suitability for pushchairs and wheelchair access with assistance. Sunflower wristbands are available at the enquiries marquee, Event Managers are trained Dementia Friends, and a QR code will provide British Sign Language stage content. Registered participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training support resources, community access and a Race for Life finishers medal.
