Peterhead Athletics Club 3K Series

Event Information
Peterhead Athletics Club presents a series of running races at the Lido in Peterhead. The events take place on one Saturday per month from April to September. The event on August 29th, 2026, is part of this series.
Races
The series includes two race categories:
- A 3K race.
- A Junior Mile race with separate entries for Under 12s and Under 16s.
The Junior Mile races begin at 10am, followed by the 3K race at 11am.
Registration and Fees
Registration is pre-entry only; no entries are taken on the day of the event. Participants must register separately for each race in the series.
- The fee for the 3K race is £2 per race plus a 50p administration charge.
- The fee for the Junior Mile race is £1 per race plus a 50p administration charge.
Race numbers are collected on the event day at a small car parking area along the road from the Peterhead Marina Bay caravan site office building. Each entrant keeps the same number for the entire series.
Series Details
The overall series standings are based on an entrant's three fastest accumulated times from the series races. Prizes are awarded in various categories based on the overall series results. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
