The event is held on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at Mill Pond Park in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

Participants can choose from several distances:
- 5K Run
- 5K Ruck (a challenge where participants carry a rucksack)
- 2-Mile Walk
- Kiddos 1K for children under 10 years old

The event day schedule includes packet pickup and on-site registration at 8:00 AM, followed by the Kiddos 1K at 8:45 AM. The 5K Run, 5K Ruck, and 2-Mile Walk all start at 9:00 AM. An awards ceremony is scheduled for 10:00 AM.
