Ohana Mud Run : Morganton, North Carolina
Ohana Mud Run is a family-oriented mud and obstacle event held on the Bennick Compound, a private motocross track in Morganton, North Carolina. The course covers one mile and includes 16 named obstacles, giant sprinklers, inflatables, mud bogs and moto-style hills. A lazy river is placed toward the end of the course to remove mud, followed by a wash station and changing tents.
The venue spans 110 acres and contains three unique tracks within the compound. Registration includes participation, a shirt, a medal and a bib. The organizer lists pricing that starts at $33 and increases as the event date approaches. Parking is available on site for $10 per car, cash only. A bag check is provided. Photographers are on site and event photos are offered free of charge.
The event is open to ages 4 and up with no upper age limit. Teams may vary in size with no listed team size limit; teams of 10 or more are eligible to use a discount code named "bigteam" for 11 percent off.
