Nuthatch Nonsense
Nuthatch Nonsense is a trail race at Sand Run Metro Park in Akron, Ohio. The event is a 15K that uses park trails and was formerly known as Mingo Madness.
The course includes the primitive, single track Dogwood and Nuthatch (Mingo) Loops, plus an out-and-back stretch on the jogging trail. The route features more than 1,000 feet of climb. The race start and finish are at the North Hawkins Area, 800 N Hawkins Ave, Akron 44313.
Race day packet pickup is available from 6:00 am to 6:45 am at the start/finish area. Registration closes on Fri, Jun 5 at 11:59 PM ET. Entry fees listed are $55 and $65 after April 30. No race day entries are allowed in accordance with Summit Metro Parks regulations. Pricing includes a race t-shirt and a medal; the deadline to guarantee a shirt is May 22.
