ADM Recovery Challenge 5K
The ADM Recovery Challenge 5K is held at IBH Addiction Recovery in Akron, Ohio. The event offers several ways to participate and includes on-site and virtual options.

The 5K obstacle course runs through wooded areas and includes features such as stepping through tires and uphill sections. Organizers describe these course elements as representing challenges faced by people in recovery. All participants receive a finisher medal. Early registrants for the 5K receive a custom race shirt.
The Family Fun Walk provides a t-shirt for each paid participant. Children under 5 are listed at a reduced fee and may be free if they select the no shirt option; younger participants who choose no shirt will receive an alternate item. A no shirt option is available for a five dollar discount for either event.
The virtual option allows participation from any location. Virtual items will be shipped after the event by June 16 and are expected to arrive by about June 20. Virtual finishing times can be posted between June 7 and June 30.
Race awards for the 5K include top three overall male and female and top three male and female in each age group from 11 & Under through 70 & Over. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
