Eagle Up Ultra
Eagle Up Ultra is a multi-category running event held in St. Helena Park in Canal Fulton, Ohio on June 5–6, 2027. The event is organized by RaceBrimstone and includes individual and team options in a 24 hour format with a 5 mile loop course.
Distances include:
- 100 mile individual option
- 24 hour individual category
- 25K distance
- Relay teams aiming for 100 miles in 24 hours
The course is a roughly 5 mile loop starting at the park, running south on the Ohio Erie Canal Towpath to Butterbridge Road and returning on the Olde Muskingum Trail. Most surfaces are packed crushed limestone; the short section through the camping area is grass. Road shoes are acceptable.
There is one main aid station at the park pavilion. Water is available on course at about mile 1, mile 2.5 and mile 4. The aid station offers snacks, fruit and hot food later in the day. The event is cupless, so runners must carry their own reusable cup for drinks; single use cups are provided for coffee and warm soup.
Camping is allowed across the park and RV space is limited. Crews may set up within the park; crew members do not receive aid station food. Pacers may join after a runner completes two loops; only one pacer at a time and pacers may use aid station provisions only while pacing. Finishing medals and buckles are presented on completion of a chosen distance. No age group awards are given. No refunds are offered; full credit deferrals to the following year are available up to three weeks before the race and may be used for one year.
