Eagle Up Ultra

Eagle Up Ultra is a multi format running event held at St. Helena Park in Canal Fulton, OH. The event uses a 5 mile loop on the towpath and trail system with packed crushed limestone surfaces and a short grass section through the camping area. Road shoes are permitted.

Distances include:

• 24 hour solo event
• 25K introduced in 2025; 25K registrants cannot change distance
• Relay teams aiming for 100 miles in 24 hours

There is one main aid station at the park pavilion with a variety of food options and hot items later in the day. Water is available on course at about mile 1, mile 2.5 and mile 4. The aid station area is limited to runners and their pacers; relay runners should not wait for teammates inside the aid station.

Pacers may join a runner after that runner completes two loops, with only one pacer at a time. Pacers may use aid station food and drink and do not need separate registration. Crew members may set up within the park but are not permitted to take food from the aid station.

Other event details: each runner receives one complimentary beer provided by Lockport Brewery and additional beer and branded pint glasses are available for purchase. Camping in the park is free; RV space is limited. No refunds are offered; deferrals with full credit are permitted up to three weeks prior and may be used the following year.
