Nuclear Fit
Nuclear Fit is an outdoor functional fitness event that alternates six 1 km trail runs with a sequence of workout stations. The format combines running and strength tasks across repeated laps, with detailed chip-timed splits for each run and station.

Stations and requirements are specified for each workout and include tyre flips, a farmer urn hug carry, a plough pull, milk churn carries, a duck-and-throw lane with ten throws, and a repeated squat-and-lift set with prescribed rep targets. The programme lists distances, weights and reps for men and women for each station, and allows competitors to stop and rest during carries and pulls as described.
Entry types include Individual, Doubles and Relay options. Individual and Doubles entries are listed as approximately two hours and require participants to be aged 16 or over. Race services include chip timing, finisher medals, trophies for first to third male and female winners, professional course photography and live results. The event notes training sessions are available during the year and mentions team and league opportunities through the Nuclear Fit League.
