Event Format
Nuclear Fit is an outdoor fitness event that combines running with functional workout stations. The total distance is six separate 1 km trail runs.
Between the runs, participants take on a series of workout stations. These stations include a tyre flip over a 100 m distance, a farmer's urn carry for 150 m, a plough pull for 125 m, a milk churn carry for 200 m, a duck and throw exercise over 100 m, and a squat and lift repetition challenge. Different weights are specified for women and men at these stations.
Event Options and Details
The event offers individual and doubles (team of two) entry formats. Each format lasts approximately two hours. Participants must be aged 16 or older.
Every competitor receives chip timing, which provides performance splits for each run and workout station. Participants receive a finisher's medal. Trophies are awarded for the first, second, and third male and female winners in the individual competition.
The event atmosphere includes music, a central arena, and a festival-style vibe. Spectator access and on-site parking are free. Additional amenities include sports massage stations and a variety of stalls.
