Nuclear Fit Relay

The event listing notes an approximate duration of 2 hours and an age requirement of 16 plus. Included for competitors are chip timing with split breakdowns and a finisher medal. Spectator access and on-site parking are free.
Key functional fitness stations include:
- Wheel tyre flip, 100M for Individuals/Doubles/Relay
- Farmer urn hug, 125M
- Plough pull, 125M
- Milk churn carry, 200M
- Duck and throw, 10 throws plus runs
- Squat and lift, set number of reps by category
Weights and distances vary by category and gender and are specified for each station. Timing chips provide breakdowns for each run and workout station. Training sessions are available throughout the year. The event takes place in Brentwood, Essex and is located about 15 minutes from the A12, M25 and M11 and about 15 minutes by taxi from Brentwood station or Epping Underground station.
The event environment includes a central arena with music, marshals, event photography, sports massage and a variety of stalls, creating a festival style setting around the competition area. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
