Norfolk Harbor Half Marathon Weekend
The Norfolk Harbor Half Marathon Weekend takes place November 21–22, 2026 in Norfolk, VA as part of the 13th annual Chartway Norfolk Harbor Race Weekend presented by Sentara. The event offers multiple race distances across the weekend and routes that pass through downtown Norfolk, the NEON District, historic neighborhoods and Old Dominion University, with a waterside finish along the Elizabeth River.

The course is described as flat and fast. Runners can expect decorative mermaids placed along the route, with more than 20 mermaids noted on the Half Marathon course. Packet pickup is scheduled during the race weekend at the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel Riverwalk Ballroom, 777 Waterside Dr, Norfolk, VA 23510.
Post race activities take place at Town Point Park and include live music and cold beer. The weekend also includes a run club regatta, a club competition focused on racing and community, and participant items such as finisher swag, participant shirts and coastal colored medals.
