Norfolk Harbor Race Weekend in Norfolk, Virginia
The event is a multi-day race weekend held November 20–22, 2026, featuring road races that start on Waterside Drive and finish along the Elizabeth River. The weekend program includes packet pickup at the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel Riverwalk Ballroom and a post-race celebration called Groovin’ Gourmets at Town Point Park.
Routes pass through Downtown Norfolk, the NEON District, scenic historic neighborhoods, the Old Dominion University campus, and parts of the Elizabeth River Trail. The half marathon course is described as flat and fast and includes public art along the route; the organizer notes there are over twenty of Norfolk’s mermaid sculptures on the half marathon course.
Additional weekend activities include race expos and family-oriented events. The Kids Mile takes place on Waterside Drive. Packet pickup and the expo are located at Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel, 777 Waterside Dr, Norfolk, VA 23510. Post-race activities are hosted at Town Point Park.
