No Walk in the Park 5k - February 2026
No Walk in the Park 5k is a fully licensed and officially measured race held on the first Saturday of each month on the paved paths around Queen's Park in Chesterfield. The course is multi-lap and of undulating nature. The course measurement certificate is 21/363 and the event license is listed as TBC.
This edition takes place on Saturday, 07 February 2026 and covers a distance of 5K on road and pavement. Entrant numbers are capped at 150 and the minimum age for participants is 11 years. Entries close on 07/02/2026. Transfers are permitted up to two days before the event and transfers close on 05/02/2026.
Awards include prizes for the winners and runners up in each age category and a memento for participants who complete six of the twelve races held over the year. A cash prize of £100 is offered for any male or female who breaks the course record. Current course records are 00:14:59 for male and 00:17:03 for female.
