Route and race features
The courses run on multi-terrain, undulating forest trails beneath the Sherwood Forest canopy. Detailed route maps and GPX files are provided. The event has been awarded a Gold Badge by Racecheck. Included for participants are a bespoke medal, free photographs, and trophies and prizes for leading runners.
Practical information
Age limits are specified for some distances: the 10k is open to entrants aged 15 and over on 15/03/2026, the half marathon to those aged 17 and over, and the 20-mile event to those aged 18 and over.
