Need A Pizza And Beer Run is a family-friendly, charitable one-mile running event in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, held on 09/27/2026 at 207 2nd Ave SE. The event is organized by the PR Foundation to raise funds in support of the greater Cedar Rapids community.
The course format includes consuming a slice of Need Pizza, running approximately 1/2 mile, pausing to drink a pint of Field Day beer, then running another 1/2 mile to the finish. A relay version of the one-mile race is also offered. Beer will be available for racers and fruited water will be provided for the kid's race.
