About the race
The Naperville Half Marathon Races take place in Naperville, Illinois on October 18, 2026. The event offers multiple measured race distances and a virtual participation option.

The start, finish and race village are located near the heart of downtown Naperville. The half marathon and 10K courses tour central Naperville, passing historic sights and residential neighborhoods. Course management is supported by volunteers and visible spectator support along parts of the route.
A virtual race option is available for participants who cannot attend in person or who want to qualify for multi-year or multi-race awards, or who are unable to meet minimum race requirements for the live race.
Entry fees include a finisher medal, eligibility for consecutive-year finisher medals and premium awards as qualified, eligibility for Chicagoland Distance Challenge medals as qualified, a personalized race bib, a virtual goody bag, and post-race food for in-person participants. Shirt and hoodie options are offered. A participant account in past events described the course as relatively flat and noted visibility of other runners near Naperville North High School.
