Turkey Dri Tri Oak Brook Park District
The Oak Brook Park District hosts the Turkey Dri Tri on November 22, 2026, at 1450 Forest Gate Road, Oak Brook, IL 60523. The event is open to participants aged 12 and older and is organized as an indoor triathlon using rowing machines and stationary bikes with a track run.
The triathlon consists of the following segments:
- Row on Concept 2 rowers, 2000 meters
- Cycle on Air Assault bikes, 2.5 miles
- Run/Walk ten laps on the indoor track, 1.25 miles
Participants are assigned heats based on gender and age, and confirmations are sent the week before the event. Heats start at regular 30 minute intervals with six participants per heat. Participants must start at the assigned times indicated in their confirmation; no exceptions are allowed.
Appropriate athletic attire including athletic shoes is required for all segments. First place male and female finishers receive the Golden Turkey award. Registration opens September 1, 2026 and closes October 1, 2026; the registration fee is $20.00. The event is sponsored by UCM and AdventHealth-Hinsdale.
