Event Overview

The Nags Head Village 5K/1 mile Road Race series takes place in the Village of West Nags Head, North Carolina. The event includes a 5K and a 1-mile race.

Location and Course

The event is held on the streets of West Nags Head. The start and finish line is located at the corner of West Seachase and South Links Drive, behind the Outback Steakhouse. The location is behind the Outer Banks Mall at milepost 14 on Highway 158.

Facilities and Registration

Parking is available in the Outer Banks Mall parking lot. Restrooms (port-a-johns) are located on site. There is no packet pickup before event day. Packet pickup, check-in, and late registration are available on the morning of the race at the start line.

Included with Registration

The registration fee includes an event t-shirt, a finisher medal, chip timing, and post-race refreshments and snacks.

Awards

For the 5K, awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers, the first-place male and female Master (40 and over), and the first-place male and female Youth (14 and under). For the 1-mile race, an award is given to the first-place overall male and female finisher.
