Mundy Pond 5K

The event takes place on May 11, 2025, and is part of the Toyota Plaza Road Running series. It is sanctioned by the NLAA.

The course is two 2.5K loops around Mundy Pond, with the start and finish on Pearce Avenue near the Mews Community Centre. For safety, the start and finish positions have been adjusted from previous years.

The entry fee is $20. A NLAA competitive membership or a day permit is required ($5). Bib pickup is on Saturday, May 10, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the LiveBy Wealth offices, 5 Job Street. The race will be chip timed. Awards include age group medals and overall medals.

Parking is available at 50 Mundy Pond Road or at the Mews Community Centre; parking at 50 Mundy Pond Road is suggested to reduce congestion. Restroom facilities are provided at the Mews Community Centre. A reception for participants and volunteers will follow the race at the Mews Community Centre.

The event is hosted by Stride Running NL with LiveBY Wealth as title sponsor. Donations of non perishable food items will be collected at race kit pickup for the Bridges to Hope food pantry. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
