Pharmasave Figure 8 (8K) Trail Race : event information
The Pharmasave Figure 8 is an 8K trail race held on July 27, 2025. The course is flat and loops around two local ponds, Neil's Pond and Octagon Pond. The start and finish are on Sarah Davis Way, adjacent to the Paradise Double Ice Complex.
The route follows the T'Railway, which is well groomed and near equivalent to road running conditions. The course will be clearly marked and marshalled. Participants are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the course.
The event is open to all runners. Organizers request that participants plan to finish within 60 to 75 minutes to accommodate the post-race reception and awarding of age group certificates. Strollers are not permitted for NLAA sanctioned events and, due to time constraints, the Figure 8 will not accommodate participants intending to walk.
As per NLAA policy, headphones or ear buds are not permitted during the race; violators may be subject to disqualification.
Entry fees are listed as $20 for NLAA members and $25 for non-members. Registration closes Friday, July 25. Bib pickup is available race morning at the Paradise Park Bandstand. Race day registration is not accepted.
A post-race reception will take place at the Paradise Park Bandstand. Age group certificates will be awarded, and refreshments and snacks will be provided for finishers. Prize draws and giveaways are planned. There are no finisher medals but finish times will be recorded and published. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
