The event takes place at the Jacksonville Equestrian Center, 13611 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32221. Packet pickup is at the venue on May 1, from 4 PM to 8 PM. Participants are asked to check in 45 minutes before their scheduled wave time. There may be a cash-only parking charge of up to $20 collected by the venue. Bag check is available at the event for a $5 fee.
Event details
The course is described as a few miles with about a dozen "Muddy Moments" that require running, walking, crawling, wading, slipping, or sliding. Mud pits are reported to be no deeper than waist deep. The event does not focus on competition or timing, and costumes are welcomed. Value registrations include a race bib and a finisher medal plus access to the post-race party and the course. VIP registrations include the value items plus VIP check-in, an event t-shirt, towel, drawstring bag, socks, and a silicone wristband. The event operates a Buy One & Give One program that donates a free registration to a local community member for each paid registration. Foam Daddy is the presenting sponsor.
