Mountain To Fountain is a road race held in Fountain Hills, Arizona on Saturday, March 27th, 2027. The event features two distances and finishes at Fountain Park after passing through the Town of Fountain Hills and the Sonoran Desert.

The 15K is a point to point course that starts at McDowell Mountain Regional Park and finishes at Fountain Park. The distance is listed as 9.4 miles with a total elevation gain of 297 feet and a maximum elevation of 1,964 feet. The course is USATF certified and has water stations at mile 2.25, mile 4.15, mile 6, mile 7.8, and at the finish. There is a 2.5 hour time limit for the 15K. A team competition for the 15K awards one scoring team member's weight in beer; teams must enter with at least four runners and have at least four finishers within the time limit. Multiple team categories are available.

The 5K is a 3.1 mile two-lap route around Fountain Park with a total elevation gain of 242 feet and a maximum elevation of 1,623 feet. Water and restrooms are available at the finish and during the first lap. Time limit information is published for the 5K.

Registered participants receive a 50/50 blend t-shirt, finisher medal, access to the finish line expo, post-race food, and one beer for participants 21 and older.
