Morecambe Half Marathon

About the race

Morecambe Half Marathon & 5k, part of the Lancaster Race Series, takes place in Morecambe, starting near Bare Methodist Church (LA4 6EF). The event features two distances: a half marathon and a 5k. The course is mostly flat along the promenade with views across the bay to the Lake District, though runners face a hill and undulating section between miles 8 and 12.

Medals are awarded to all finishers, and half marathon finishers receive a T‑shirt. Prizes go to the top three men and women, plus first vets in each category. On-the-day entries are cash only. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
