Event overview
The PFW Running Great Eccleston Supper Run takes place on Thursday 23 April 2026 in Great Eccleston, Preston. The course is a 4 mile loop that starts and finishes at the Great Eccleston Scout Hut, Off Hall Lane, Great Eccleston, Preston, PR3 0XN. The event is held under UK Athletics rules and a road licence.
Course and post-race facilities
The route follows country roads to and through Elswick before returning to Great Eccleston. The surface is road and pavement and the course is described as mainly flat with a few rises. After the run, participants are offered a choice of meat and potato or cheese pie served with peas, gravy, red cabbage and sauce. All finishers receive a medal.
Entry and rules
Entry is limited to 150 participants. Minimum age is 16 years. Entries close on 23 April 2026. Refunds are not permitted and deferrals are not available. Entry may be transferred to another runner up to one week before the event, subject to organiser procedures.
