Moray Firth Triathlon Club Festival, Gordonstoun
The Moray Firth Triathlon Club Festival at Gordonstoun School is scheduled for 20 Sep 2026 and is organised by Moray Firth Triathlon Club. An Event Permit has been issued by British Triathlon. The event offers a Sprint Triathlon and a limited number of Aquabike entries. Entry costs are kept low and the event is run on a no frills basis with no medals, t shirts, goody bags or catering.
The Sprint race is electronically timed and results will be available shortly after the event. Entrants must be aged 15 or older on 31 December 2026. Gordonstoun pupils aged 15 to 18 on 31 December 2026 may enter the Sprint race free of charge but may need to purchase a British Triathlon race pass if not a Home Nation member. Competitors aged 15 to 17 require parental or guardian permission and confirmation of fitness to compete.
Competitors are asked to submit an accurate 400 m swim time to help organise heats and lanes. A valid home nation race licence or a British Triathlon race pass is required for third party insurance.
Distances and formats:
- 412 m pool swim, 18 lengths of the 25 yard pool
- 25 km cycle on public roads
- 5.0 km off road run within the Gordonstoun grounds, Sprint only
