Skedaddle Speyside 10k
The event on 11 October 2026 is a point to point trail run of approximately 10 km between Archiestown Village Square and Cardhu Distillery. The route moves from Elchies woods onto wide land management firetracks for the first mile, then becomes more undulating with views toward the Little and Meikle Conval hills and Ben Rinnes. Around four miles the route narrows and becomes muddy, passes through a gate, descends the Mannoch Road and includes a road crossing of the B9102 with marshals in place. The final section runs beside Cardhu reservoir before the finish at Cardhu Distillery.

Registration is held at Archiestown Village Hall. Toilet and changing facilities are available there and at the Cardhu Distillery visitor centre. Parking is available in the village square and at the distillery grounds; a shuttle bus will operate between start and finish. Water is provided at the halfway point and the finish. A sweeper runner, first aid and volunteer marshals will be on duty. Prizes are awarded for 1st and 2nd male and female and age categories V40, V50, V60 and V70. All entrants receive a finisher memento. Total places 150. There is no on the day entry; entries close midnight Friday 9 October. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
