MomForward Ladies Night at Running Wylder
This event celebrates the MomForward Movement with For All Mothers+, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that works at the intersection of motherhood and sports to advance maternal equity in sport. Registration for the event is free. Organizers offer a raffle to raise funds and accept donations to support efforts to standardize maternal protections in sport; raffle tickets cost $10.
The program includes a community run or walk through Noe Valley and Glen Park on a route of about 4.25 miles, with an option to turn around early. Walkers are welcome and may use the Sanchez Slow Street section of the route. After the run there is a subsidized dinner provided by Oiselle.
Raffle prizes include a special edition Miir Flip Traveler with original artwork, a tea towel with original artwork, FAM+ apparel such as a running hat, women's singlet, and beanie, a gift card to Oiselle, a free pair of Hettas running shoes, and a gift card to The Little Milk Bar. The raffle proceeds and donations support For All Mothers+ programs and advocacy related to maternal protections in sport.
