US Road Running - Manheim
The Gobbler 5K & 10K takes place at the Lancaster Junction Trail in Manheim, Pennsylvania. This event features a course consisting of a shaded path surfaced with compact gravel. Participants can choose between two main distances:
- 5K
- 10K
The race utilizes an out-and-back loop measuring approximately 1.04 miles in total. For the 5K event, participants complete this loop three times. For the 10K event, the loop is completed six times. The course has a strict time limit of two hours for completion.
Logistics for the event include packet pickup which begins 30 minutes before the start and concludes 10 minutes prior to the race. Registration is conducted exclusively through RunSignup, and no on-site registration is available on the day of the event. Facilities include bathrooms located within the parking lot area. All finishers receive a medal for their completion of the race. Participants also have the option to compete for a best costume award and can earn points toward the US Road Running series.
