The Millbrook Marathon presented by the Eastern Dutchess Road Runners Club takes place on April 12, 2026 in Millbrook, NY (3744 Route 44, 12545). This is the sixth annual running of the event. The race distance is 26.2 miles and the event enforces a 6 hour time limit. The course is USATF certified and accepted as a Boston Marathon qualifier.
Course and organizer
The route runs on mostly paved roads with some packed dirt sections and about 2,400 ft of elevation gain. It passes along quiet country roads, rolling hills and farmland around Millbrook. The event is organized by the Eastern Dutchess Road Runners Club, a non-profit 501(c)(3) established in 2016 that promotes distance running, organizes races and group runs, and supports local charities and running education.
