Milbridge Days 5K and Fun Run
The Milbridge Days 5K and Fun Run are part of the Milbridge Days celebration in Milbridge, Maine. The 5K is a wheel-measured 3.1 miles course that starts at the corner of Fickett's Point Road and Bay View Road and runs out and back along Fickett's Point Road overlooking Narraguagas Bay. The Kid's Fun Run covers one mile, consisting of one half mile up Fickett's Point Road and one half mile back.

Timing for the race is provided by Bold Coast Runners. Proceeds support Incredible Edible Milbridge, a program of Women for Healthy Rural Living, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2004. Incredible Edible Milbridge operates free pick-your-own gardens and educational workshops; produce is available from small raised beds around town, the garden next to the Red Barn Motel, and Milbridge Commons Wellness Park.
Registration details include an early bird fee of $25 through July 21 and a race day fee of $30 for the 5K. Participants who register by July 1 are guaranteed a race t-shirt; shirts after July 1 are available while supplies last. The Fun Run does not allow pre-registration and has a $5 day of registration fee; participants must be younger than 14. Cash prizes and ribbons are awarded to top finishers in the 5K.
