Event Details

The Milbridge Days 5K and Fun Run is part of the annual Milbridge Days Celebration. The event features two distances:

5K: A 3.1-mile wheel-measured course. It is an out-and-back route on Fickett's Point Road, overlooking Narraguagus Bay. The race starts at the corner of Fickett's Point Road and Bay View Road.
Kids Fun Run: A 1-mile route. Participants run half a mile up Fickett's Point Road and back. The run is for participants younger than 14 years old.

Registration & Awards

Early Bird registration for the 5K costs $25. Registration on the day of the race costs $30. Registration for the 5K opens on April 1, 2026. Participants who register by July 1, 2026, are guaranteed a race t-shirt. Registration for the Kids Fun Run is only available on the day of the event and costs $5.

Awards for the 5K include cash prizes for the top three male and female finishers: $100 for first place, $50 for second, and $25 for third. Ribbons are also awarded for first, second, and third place in each category.

Charity

All funds raised by the event go to Incredible Edible Milbridge, a program of the nonprofit Women for Healthy Rural Living. This program grows organic vegetables in free, public gardens around Milbridge for the community. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
