Midsummer Night's Dream : McAllister Park, San Antonio
The Midsummer Night's Dream is a women's only running event held on July 24, 2026 at McAllister Park, Jones Maltsberger Road, San Antonio, TX. The event uses paved areas of the park and the organizers describe the course as flat and fast.

The 10k route is the 5k course run twice. The two person 10k relay has a handoff at the start and finish area; each relay teammate completes the 5k route once. Relay awards are given for first, second, and third place.
Packet pickup on race day begins at 6:30 p.m. Entry transfers carry a $20 fee. If an entry is transferred to virtual and a packet is requested by mail, there is a current mailing charge of $12 per packet; domestic virtual shipping is free. Participants 16 and younger receive an automatic 50 percent discount; participants aged 70 and older also receive 50 percent off. Combining additional discount codes with the age discount is not allowed. The event policy states there are no refunds.
An after party follows the finish with cocktails, wine, shots, margaritas, and beer. Participants are advised to bring a headlamp or glow in the dark items for night running. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
