Midsummer Night's Dream
Midsummer Night's Dream is a women's only running event held at McAllister Park in San Antonio, TX. The event takes place at night on the park's paved areas. Organizers describe the course as fast and flat. The 10k follows the 5k route twice; the two person 10k relay requires each teammate to complete the 5k loop with handoffs at the start and finish area. Relay awards are given for first, second, and third place.

Packet pickup is available on race day at the start line. Transfers carry a fee of $20; mailing a packet to virtual participants currently carries a separate postage charge. Virtual entries may be completed remotely and include free U.S. shipping for race packets; international shipping rates apply. Age discounts are available: participants 16 and younger receive 50 percent off, and participants aged 70 and older also receive 50 percent off; combining additional discount codes with these offers is not permitted. The event notes there are no refunds and that dogs are not allowed. An after party at the finish area will provide cocktails, wine, shots, margaritas, and beer.
