Mi Casa es SLU Casa: Walk, Run, Roll

Mi Casa es SLU Casa is a community sports event held at Kiener Plaza and Gateway Arch National Park in Saint Louis. Organized by the Latino Medical Student Association at Saint Louis University School of Medicine in partnership with Casa de Salud, the event supports medical services for uninsured and underinsured individuals. Half of the registration proceeds are donated to provide health screenings, physical exams, and medical care within the local community.

Participants can choose from several event formats:

  • 5K
  • 1.5 Miles
  • 5K Virtual
  • 1.5 Mile Virtual

This is a multi-modal event described as a walk, run, and roll. Participants are permitted to use equipment with wheels, including wheelchairs, bicycles, strollers, skates, and scooters. While all participants receive a participation award, placement medals for the top three finishers in various age groups are reserved for those participating on foot. Age categories range from 12 to 18 up to 60 and over.

Registration tiers include options with or without an event t-shirt. For those selecting the t-shirt option, guaranteed sizing is available for registrations completed by April 6. The 5K and 1.5-mile courses provide an opportunity for community engagement in a prominent municipal park setting. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
