23rd Annual Law Day 5K, 1K Youth Fun Run and Toddler Trot : Belleville, IL
This event features a downtown Belleville 5K run/walk alongside a 1K youth fun run and a toddler trot on May 2, 2026. Proceeds benefit the Land of Lincoln Legal Assistance Foundation, Inc. and other non-profit groups.
Race amenities include pizza from Bennie's Pizza Pub, a long-sleeve event shirt for 5K registrants who register by April 15, a post-race party with samples of Michelob Ultra and Bloody Marys for those age 21 and older, a DJ, awards with gift cards to Bennie's Pizza Pub, and a bounce house for children.
Registration options and fees vary by age and date. The 5K entry fee for ages 13 and older is tiered by registration date, with a lower early fee that includes an event shirt and a reduced no-shirt option available through May 2. Youth 5K entry for ages 12 and younger and the 1K youth run and toddler trot have separate, lower fees. Online registration closes April 28; after that, packet pickup and late registration are available at packet pickup on May 1 at Bennie's Pizza Pub, 113 E. Main St., Belleville, IL, or on race morning in the parking lot behind Bennie's Pizza Pub.
