The SPRING SPRUNG 5k 10k 10K Ruck and Half Marathon
The event is organized by Rockinator Racing at Queeny Park in Ballwin, Missouri, at 550 Weidman Rd, 63011. Races start and finish at the Racers Village near the Smith Pavilion and use trails in the park.
The course follows marked trails consisting of packed gravel and some asphalt through shady, rolling sections of the park. Multiple events use repeated laps of the same 5K loop. A racers village aid station provides water, sports drink, and light snacks; it is available for events that pass the village on multiple laps.

- 10K two laps of the 5K loop
- 13.1 Miles four laps of the 5K loop
- 10K Ruck two laps of the 5K loop
Timing and services include professional chip timing and a timing mat at the racers village that records splits for multi lap events. Participants receive a finishers medal and event items that include a Rockinator Racing backpack and a soft spun T shirt. Podium awards are given to the top three in each age group: 1-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 plus. Free action photos and finish line video are provided. The event notes a request for donations to the Rockwoods School District Cross Country program with 100 percent of proceeds applied to equipment and program support.
